Interfaith Prayer Circle, Stop Adani

This will be a gathering for a period of contemplation and silent prayer on the impact of climate change on our planet, the biosphere and all humanity.  A prayer circle would be formed around a large mat with the words "Stop Adani". The service would comprise a Welcome to Country (Aboriginal elder), an Introduction and Invitation to Prayer (Rev. Rob  Buchan, Uniting Church) and conclude with a prayers to be said together and common to the faiths represented.

Symbols: Faith leaders are asked to wear vestments; please wear religious or cultural dress as appropriate. Other symbols will be provided.
