Protect Queensland's Water: #StopAdani public forum

Adani's megamine will put at risk rivers, ancient springs, and aquifers of the Great Artesian Basin adjoining the mine - all vital in times of drought.

But Adani still needs approval from the Federal Government for a number of management plans relating to water.  These are decisions that will be made very soon that could make or break the project!

Join us on April 9 to learn about the impacts of Adani’s mine on Queensland’s water and launch the community campaign calling on the Queensland government to revoke Adani’s water licences.

At this special forum you will hear from Central Queensland grazier Bruce Currie who is fighting  to protect his livelihood from big coal companies and Lock the Gate campaigner Rick Humphries who will outline the devastating impacts of Adani’s mine on Queensland’s precious water.
