Adani cleared land for three days without having a required "fauna spotter catcher" on the site. Adani's species management plan requires a presence of a fauna spotter to identify, catch and relocate wildlife in areas where habitat is being cleared.

Page 12 of Adani's compliance report confirms that no fauna spotter was present while clearing vegetation between August 1 - 3, 2020. Failure to implement the requirements of a Management Plan is a breach of condition 7 of Adani's federal environmental approval.
