In conversation with Vaishali Patil

Join Stop Adani Brisbane for an evening in conversation with renowned Indian activist Vaishali Patil!

Vaishali has worked with India’s poorest and most marginalised people, helping women access basic education and defend their rights to land for over 20 years.

She will speak about Adani's Environmental and Labour abuses and why Indian communities don't want or need Australian coal.

"The damage that Adani has done to our people can’t be overstated. Behind Adani is a dark and disturbing history of environmental and human rights abuses. If you care about your country and the plight of India’s poorest people, then you must say no to Adani’s mine."

We'll also provide a short #StopAdani campaign update and talk about how you can get involved in this historic battle to stop what would be one of the world's largest coal mines.
