The Action Group brings together GetUp members from eastern Melbourne to get to know each other and jointly take up national GetUp campaigns and local issues aligned with GetUp principles. Current activities around the Stop Adani campaign include phone banking from members' homes, street stalls and letter writing.  

There couldn't be a more important time to get involved with your local action group.  Come along to meet like minded people from your area, and to act together on vital campaigns. 

There is another Action Group in Melbourne's inner/north, and plans to establish more in the future.
