Knitting Nannas Canberra loop
There are Knitting Nannas groups all over Australia, seeking to draw attention to the plight of everyone, including farmers and other rural people, who has been adversely affected by fossil fuel mining, especially CSG.
Canberra Knitting Nannas seek freedom from fossil fuels.
We hold a weekly knit-in, 12-2pm Wednesdays, sometimes outside the Canberra Centre, other times outside the office of the gas and oil industry lobby group APPEA.
You dont have to be a Nanna nor a Knitter (we'll teach you) to come along to a nannas event.
