Join #StopAdani Byron Shire for an evening of activist speakers and food at our #StopAdani social!
Bring a plate of food for our shared meal as we come together to talk about how we can take action in our community to protect our climate, groundwater and precious Great Barrier Reef from Adani's monstrous coal mine.
Guest speaker Moira Williams from Tipping Point and Stop Adani Brisbane will talk about the national plan to shift the politics to #StopAdani and move Australia beyond coal! Then hear from your local #StopAdani group about how you can be part of local efforts to stop the mine.
Shared meal from 6.15pm.
Speakers and films from 7 - 9pm.
Suggested donation of $10/$5 to support campaign activities.
