Academy of Scuba hosts Guarding the Galilee - a documentary screening
Come down to Academy of Scuba on Sunday 11th June for some drinks, nibbles and a chance to watch Guarding the Galilee - a new, 30 minute documentary on the battle to stop the biggest coal mine in Australian history, Adani's Carmichael project, on the mouth of the Coral Sea, the cradle of the Great Barrier Reef .
The short film showcases the raw beauty of Central Queensland and shows how life, both above and below the waves, is threatened by this plan.
Bring friends and family - all are welcome, whether they dive or not.
