Team Western Sydney are so excited to be leading their most unique action yet! ✊️😁
We know that the #StopAdani symbol has become increasingly recognisable and plays a huge role in the campaign against Adani’s money madness game, so we want to make sure it is unmissable from the trainline for all South-Western Sydney commuters to see! 👀 The Cairns community, traditional custodians of the Wangan and Jagalingou nations, multiple ecosystems and species, and the future generations of our planet, desperately need our help to shut down Adani’s evil plans to build the biggest coal mine in Australia’s history. 🏭 We’re well on our way to a safe future powered by renewables, and we’d love to grow our community by getting more passionate young people from Western Sydney on board and standing with us to really and truly have an impact in this campaign. ☀️
Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre is a popular culture hub for the South-Western Sydney community and describes its well known “graffiti tanks” as a "canvas for anyone who wants to create graffiti on them.” We welcome anyone who’d be keen to join us in our efforts to create a MASSIVE Stop Adani sign and hang out for the morning :~) There will be the opportunity to have a picnic lunch and complete some of the #StopAdani Challenge later in the day too! 🌈
BYO snacks, picnic lunch and water bottle. Paints and stencils will be provided. 🍒🥑🥕🥐

The Adani Group wants to rebrand itself as a leader on climate change and clean energy. But there’s a big problem - Adani are mining, handling, and burning record volumes of coal - the number one driver of the climate crisis.
