Our Reef is predicted to experience a bleaching event again with a 60% chance at the beginning of next year. Meanwhile Adani claim they are only weeks away from securing finance and starting work on the mine. With a high chance of heading into another angry summer this season due to climate change, the #StopAdani movement is turning up the heat on our politicians with a fortnight of actions. Our QLD Minister for Mines and Energy, Anthony Lynham, needs to feel the heat too. Let's make a collaborative effort to tell him that our Reef needs urgent action on climate change now, that we need to #StopAdani and transition to renewable energy as quickly as possible.
