Adani urgently needs to borrow more money to pay off debt that is due on their Abbot Point coal port on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area. The Abbot Point port is essential to the disastrous Adani Carmichael coal project, to get their coal to their plant in India. Adani is drowning in debt and is looking for banks to bail them out by refinancing loans on the port. There is a high risk that the three companies that lent money to Adani most recently will be approached by Adani for further finance or support.

That’s why we are inviting you to join us take online action as part of the Stop the Money Hour of Action. Lets all pressure key financial institutions to rule out future funding for Abbot Point.
