The Liberal National government still want to give $1 billion in taxpayer money to Adani for their climate-wrecking coal mine!

Join us as we gather at the Growers Markets, then march to Luke Hartsuyker MP's office to say, loud and clear: NO MONEY FOR ADANI!

Last year, hundreds of community protests stopped the $1 billion public loan to Adani through the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF). Now Turnbull’s Federal government want to give Adani up to $1 billion in taxpayer money from a different government body called the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC). It's up to us to stop them again!

This will be a fun action - with music and street theatre - one of many around the country in this fortnight of action to stop taxpayers' money being burnt on Adani's dirty coal mine!

Coal is the biggest driver of climate change, it's killing the Great Barrier Reef and causing tragic droughts, bushfires and storms. Yet our politicians are still subsidising coal and holding back the transition to renewable energy! Join us to say that it's time to act to #StopAdani and stop coal.
