No-one wants their taxes funding a billionaire’s water-destroying coal mine.
But Queensland Labor are still offering Adani hundreds of millions of dollars worth of special deals and incentives to build their coal mine. Despite promising there'd be no taxpayer funds for Adani when they were re-elected one year ago.
The offers on the table for Adani include a special deal that lets Adani avoid paying at least $370 million in royalties to Queensland and $100 million for a road.
Can you ask Premier Palaszczuk to cancel these outrageous handouts for a multibillion-dollar coal corporation?
