CommBank is about to decide whether to rule out Adani’s coal mine. On 13th June their board will decide whether or not their new climate change policy should allow financing of projects like Adani’s terrible coal mine. Join us outside CommBank Miranda to talk to Commonwealth Bank staff and customers about why the bank must not provide a lifeline to this climate-killing coal mine. We know this works - it’s how we won on Westpac. Through waves of relentless community pressure, we ensured that their climate policy ruled out funding for Adani. There is no reason why CommBank’s new policy can’t do the same.
