Adani's new plan? Work with Queensland-based company Aurizon to build a rail line to transport Adani’s coal, with the help of a loan of hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer money from the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF).

Within a matter of days, the Queensland Cabinet is set to make a decision on whether to veto a NAIF loan to Aurizon to build Adani's rail line.
